The structure of this Hotel is a share-based model, where investors have different % of ownership and participate in all profits from the operations listed above. The holding company owns completely the entire hotel, all land, IP and assets associated with the operation. Shares are sold in packages of 0,25% with a minimum inital purchase of 1% ($100k USD/400,000,000 COP approx). We have been delivering proven returns to investors throughout all of our Boutique Hotel portfolio (Marquee, Epic, Celestino, Landmark), with an annual average occupancy close to 90% during 2022/2023.

Proven Dividend Income
Dividends in Landmark are paid every 6 months in either COP or USD to any bank account the shareholder indicates. Please ask us about the efficent and favorable dividend tax regime in Colombia for these kinds of investments. Based on the most recent distribution to investors this investment will produce a 11.8% passive investment return (post corporate tax) to its new shareholder at current share prices.
